Criteria & Expectations
Eligibility Criteria
Registered non-governmental organization (NGO) or community-based organization (CBO) in their country of operation. Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing development projects. Demonstrated commitment to participatory and community-driven approaches. Projects must be implemented in countries within Africa or Asia. Submission of audited financial statements for the past 3 years. Demonstrated financial management capacity and accountability. Evidence of co-funding or other resource mobilization efforts is preferred. Proven track record in implementing successful economic development, agriculture, or related projects, with measurable outcomes.
Eligibility criteria and funding guidelines
Expected Output
Establishment of new or strengthened income-generating activities for at least 2,000 beneficiaries within the first year. Training of 500 individuals in relevant skills (e.g., agricultural techniques, business management). Facilitation of access to markets for participating communities. Increased household income and improved living standards for target beneficiaries. Enhanced economic resilience and reduced vulnerability to shocks. Sustainable economic growth through diversified livelihoods and strengthened local economies. Empowerment of women and marginalized groups through economic inclusion.
