This program aims to develop and teach essential vocational skills to young orphans and widows in small villages in Tanzania. The project seeks funding to build a training center equipped with tools for sewing, building, plumbing, and electricity. The goal is for trainees to gain skills enabling them to secure employment in factories or assist in construction/restoration work, thereby improving their livelihoods. The implementing organization, Backtraining Center, has 5 years of experience in the region and is expanding its capacity to accommodate 50-30 trainees simultaneously.
