Applicants must be organizations with at least 15 years of experience in Islamic education, having reached a minimum of 100,000 students over the past 15 years. Organizations must be based in London, possess a dedicated team of at least four full-time staff, and maintain a professional website. Proposed programs must include engaging educational materials, such as animations, and demonstrate a clear curriculum or 'divisions' for teaching Islam.

Applications for this program are evaluated based on the following criteria.
Applicant organization must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in delivering Islamic education programs.
Demonstrated experience of having educated at least 100,000 students in Islamic studies over the past 15 years.
Organization must be physically based and primarily operate in London, UK.
Proposal must include plans for or examples of engaging educational materials, specifically mentioning animations and diverse learning resources about Islam.
Clear articulation of the curriculum or 'divisions' of Islamic topics to be taught, demonstrating a structured approach to education.
Applicant must demonstrate a dedicated team of at least four full-time personnel responsible for program delivery and management.
Maintenance of a professional and informative website that reflects the organization's work and capabilities.
